About Our Founders

Nicole’s enduring fascination with architecture initiated her career in design and property, subsequently encompassing interior design and DIY furniture crafting. She currently manages a consultation and design firm that serves both investors and private clients, offering a streamlined, comprehensive property acquisition process, with a particular focus on international buyers. Diving to her world of property, her specialised services encompass guidance on securing planning permission approvals, close collaboration with architects to realise client visions, providing furniture packages to streamline the completion process, and related advisory services.

Nicole’s extensive design expertise and entrepreneurial background seamlessly integrate creativity and vision into MakPhillips. Her role is to seamlessly identify the best investment opportunities, navigate the complexities of financing, and guide each development project to completion.

Clive, with 50+ years experience in the construction industry has amassed a wealth of knowledge, experience and qualifications obtained within the construction industry and built environment.
His attributes of being a property developer are well founded having carried out numerous developments during his career. Using his skills as a qualified building surveyor, carrying out structural calculations, stock condition surveys, architectural design, depositing Planning and Building Regulation applications, party wall surveying, producing EPC’s as a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor.

He has also successfully operated his own architectural practice using AutoCAD and a “hands on” building construction company for the benefit of others. After gaining and using all this knowledge for the benefit of others, he felt it was high time he used his property investment and development experience for his own company. Hence the formation of the MakPhillips Development Group Limited.

From undertaking thousands of site inspections for independent builders, developers and investors. These projects range from small scale housing estates and tower blocks to conversions of commercial to residential properties and extensions to both residential and commercial properties. These inspections encompass a wide array of projects, including domestic housing and extensions, new builds, commercial to residential conversions, to multi-storey blocks of flats, sites of 100+ new builds, shopping malls, hospitals and even a police station!
